Position: Mechatronics Test Specialist (m/w/d)

Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and organizing test procedures and workflows for diverse experimental assessments based on provided instructions.
- Independently selecting and procuring necessary components and materials.
- Performing precise assembly and disassembly of components with critical evaluation of processes.
- Documenting test outcomes thoroughly in detailed reports.
- Planning, executing, and analyzing tests and measurements on assemblies and products.
- Constructing and evaluating prototypes, samples, and series products.
- Managing coordination with external service providers in fields such as electrical engineering, calibration, and maintenance.
- Developing, standardizing, automating, and programming new measurement tasks while continuously seeking process improvements.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience conducting laboratory experiments, managing measurement tasks, and supporting testing and measurement stations.
- Practical skills in setting up foundational and automated testing procedures.
- Proficiency in English.
- Independent, proactive, and meticulous working style.
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and flexibility.
- Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics is advantageous.
